    • Recycling is a way of life for the owners, they ask guests to do the same
    • They have a dog, and one 17yr old black and white cat
    • A collection of very free range chickens and ducks (no cockerel!)

    • No smoking anywhere inside

    • No excessive noise
    • Most mobile phone networks but Orange and Virgin can be difficult inside the cottages
    • 1050+ feet above sea level and do get snow!
    • Very rural - nearest shop and pub are 1 mile away
